National Critics Institute, Charlotte

In fall 2023, I partnered with the National Critics Institute at the Tony Award-winning Eugene O’Neill Theater Center to produce this weekend of intensive workshops for arts writers in the Charlotte area. I oversaw every aspect of the program, from recruitment to vendor relationships.

NAMT’s Festival of New Musicals

In October 2021, I produced the 33rd Annual Festival of New Musicals for the National Alliance for Musical Theatre. This hybrid event featured eight filmed presentations of new musicals that were screened for an in-person audience. Click here to see Day One, and click here to see Day Two.

Pop Culture Tournaments

I create and host pop culture tournaments that blend a lighthearted game with thoughtful conversation about the arts. Recent topics include The All-Time Best Opening Numbers in Musical Theater History and the Greatest Pop Music Divas of the 1980s.
